Kristal Turner brings decades of distinguished law enforcement experience combined with a visionary approach to police training and education reform. As a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the Pennsylvania State Police, she has dedicated her post-service career to transforming how law enforcement professionals are trained and developed.

 

Her work bridges the gap between traditional policing methods and modern, equity- focused approaches to community safety. Through curriculum development, policy innovation, and strategic advisory roles, she continues to shape the future of law

enforcement training across Pennsylvania and beyond.
